Lectures and education

For the public (primarily for schools and clubs) we offer seminars on kosher regulations and slaughter, kosher cuisine, and other related topics.

While enjoying modern and entertaining lecture techniques, you will learn about basic principles of kosher catering, meal preparation, unique holidays, and current and past production methods. The seminar may also include a sampling of kosher foods or a complete tasting menu along with a cooking course.
